He financially supported Radical Liberals.

Suhas Kulkarni is supported by the same groups that endorse and promote Democratic Socialists and their radical agenda — including the Green New Deal, ending cooperation with ICE even for dangerous criminals, and supporting Hamas terrorists.

Kulkarni’s own contribution history shows where he chose to put his money.

    Gave $1,000 to Charles Booker’s U.S. Senate campaign

    Federal Election Commission records show Kulkarni made $1,000 in earmarked contributions to Booker for Kentucky in 2021.

    A long record of financing Democratic politicians

    $4,000 to Greg Fischer’s mayoral campaigns, $2,100 to Andy Beshear, $1,000 to Morgan McGarvey, and $500 to Rachel Roarx. The Booker contribution was part of a sustained pattern.

Taxpayer priorities

Taxpayer dollars for non-citizens — while Louisvillians went without.

As director of Louisville’s Office for Globalization, Suhas Kulkarni was tasked with using public dollars to fund services for non-citizens — while Louisville taxpayers were left behind.

    The office was designed to address immigrants’ human and social needs

    The city said the office would help with food, clothing, shelter, English classes, cultural development, economic growth, and global outreach. Kulkarni was tasked with developing a long-term funding plan using a mix of public and private dollars.

Social agenda

Endorsed by an LGBTQ advocacy group.

Kulkarni promoted the endorsement on his own campaign website.

    C-FAIR endorsed Suhas Kulkarni for State Representative

    The Committee for Fairness and Individual Rights endorsed Kulkarni, and his campaign displayed the endorsement. The group identifies itself as an LGBTQ-rights organization.

Financial judgment

Multiple liens tied to businesses associated with Kulkarni.

Suhas Kulkarni has had multiple liens placed on properties and businesses associated with him over unpaid debts. If Suhas Kulkarni has struggled to manage his own finances, how can Kentucky taxpayers trust him to manage billions of dollars in the state budget?

    A state tax lien was placed on Integrity Technology Careers LLC

    The company, managed by Kulkarni and his wife, received a Kentucky tax lien in October 2022. Records show that lien was satisfied in January 2023.

    Two liens were placed on Moser Road Center LLC

    A contractor lien was filed in 2007 against an entity in which Kulkarni reported a stake; the research found no satisfaction on file. A separate Louisville Metro lien filed in 2018 was satisfied later that year.

Political judgment

He hired a consultant who was involved in illegal activity.

Suhas Kulkarni hired a political consultant who was involved in the illegal activities surrounding former Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes — conduct that was serious enough that Governor Andy Beshear said he would not support any candidate who used that consultant.

    Hurst was the prosecution’s key witness in Jerry Lundergan’s campaign-finance trial

    Testifying under immunity, Hurst said Lundergan gave him a $25,000 check and $20,000 in cash intended for additional mailers for Alison Lundergan Grimes’s campaign.

    Beshear drew a strong ethical line—and Kulkarni crossed it

    Governor Andy Beshear said he would not campaign or raise money for candidates who used Hurst. Kentucky House Democratic leaders also announced they were cutting ties with the consultant. Kulkarni hired him anyway.

The 48th deserves better judgment.
